On successful completion of the programme and provided students are in active CIPD student membership, they will be awarded CIPD Associate membership. Students will not gain a qualification from CIPD but will achieve a level of professional membership.

Graduates will also be eligible to upgrade their membership, achieving Chartered CIPD membership (depending on experience), by going through the required process.

CIPD membership will give graduates access to the latest HR, learning and development resources, development tools, networking opportunities and discounts. Continuing this membership beyond a student's studies will ensure their progression to achieving professional membership of the CIPD.
