Membership of a professional body is essential to a career in accounting and finance, and graduates from BA Accounting and Financial Management will be eligible for exemptions from professional qualifications from these bodies, whilst graduates who completed BA Business Management or The Sheffield MBA will gain exemptions towards the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting and the CIMA Professional Qualification at the Operational Level.
