Welcome to the Careers Service

We provide information and advice to students, postgraduates, contract research staff (CRS) and recent graduates of the University.

Additionally, we work with University of Sheffield staff to support them in their work with students and we also offer services to employers wishing to raise their profile or advertise a vacancy.

What's On Diary

Search the diary to find out about talks, workshops, employer visits, skills sessions and fairs.

Job Vacancies

Our Careers Vacancy Service holds over 800 vacancies; including, part-time & vacation work and graduate jobs.

Information Resources

We have literature, career planning software and DVDs. We also provide links to useful web resources.

Opening hours

We are open between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Tuesdays when we open at 11.00am).
