It was with great sadness we heard recently of the passing of Clive at the age of 89 on November 5th 2021.
Many undergraduates and postgraduates will remember him as Orthodontic Technical Instructor from 1956 to 1973.We all learned such a lot from Clive's expertise, perhaps remembering his smile as he told us our "Adams Clasps were not up to scratch".
On leaving the University, Clive went on to set up and open Sheffield Orthodontic Laboratories, and at a later date acquired Nytimber Vineyard in West Sussex.
To his wife Brenda, daughter Pennie and her husband George we offer our condolences.
