Description

This module seeks to provide an advanced level introduction to the public (constitutional and administrative) law of the European Union. The `constitutionalisation' of the EU provides the leitmotif of the option. The option will cover the institutional framework and administrative law. The notions of legal and political accountability of the EU as a `system of governance' will be explored.
