This module will also cover some of the alternative ways in which commercial disputes can be resolved, including alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and arbitration. Students will be able to develop the skills of commercial awareness, critical analysis, the ability to identify problems and resolve them, and the ability to appreciate and develop practice based material.
