Description

The module seeks to provide students with an introduction to UK intellectual property law including relevant European treaties and EU law and to some of the issues that are currently topical within the subject. It aims to provide an overview and a framework within which students can undertake detailed study of particular areas which may form the basis of students' assessed work.
