Project overview
The aim is to design, implement and evaluate an intervention focused on leadership style and stress management among first line managers in manufacturing companies. The objective is to prevent stress and increase mental health of managers and employees. The project is funded by Velliv Foreningen and led by the Occupational Medicine Clinic at the Regional Hospital Gødstrup. Professor Nielsen is supervising a PhD student on the project.
