Park and ride

Park and ride is the most convenient way to get to the University if you're arriving in Sheffield by car.

Off

From the M1

From the M1, use the Nunnery Square, Valley Centertainment or Meadowhall Interchange Park and Ride sites and take the yellow tram route towards Middlewood.

From Manchester and the west

On the A616 Woodhead Pass, use the Middlewood Park and Ride site and take the yellow tram towards Meadowhall and get off at the University.

On the A57 Snake Pass, use the Malin Bridge Park and Ride and take the blue tram towards Halfway and get off at the University.

From Derbyshire and the south-west

Coming into Sheffield on the A621, use Dore Park and Ride and take the train to Sheffield Station.

International Merit Scholarships

We offer a generous package of financial support for international students including 75 undergraduate scholarships worth £10,000 towards the annual tuition fee and 125 postgraduate taught scholarships worth £5,000 towards the tuition fee. Applications are now open for existing offer holders.
