We worked with the Marketing Department to make the society web pages easier to navigate and nicer to look at. We're also continuing to encourage societies to regularly update their pages.

We have made sure that we concentrate our availability during the core hours of 12 and 4 as that is when most students are using the building (membership affinity survey).

We have also increased the availability of immigration advice by another adviser training to help out with queries as this was highlighted in the NPS results.

We put more staff on and have prompt posters to reduce the queue time. Average queue time reduced by 50% this year.

4 new water fountains will be installed before Easter.

We're trialling eight lockers early in the new year and, if successful, we will install more and encourage the University to expand the scheme across campus.
