The student officers are eight students, elected by the whole student population, who work full time at the Students' Union for a year.
Committing more of our time Goating and Goaling; visit areas of campus we often fail to engage in; use the space outside students' union officer's offices to promote our free time; make the officer corridor less intimidating to students.

Targeted lecture shouts on specific issues to less engaged departments; using the vibrant building project as a way to communicate our work; developing the 'I want change' model on the website to make it as easy as possible for students to instigate change and have their voices heard; formulate a communication strategy specifically for the Students' Union Officers; better utilise existing frameworks within the Students' Union to communicate our work; better utilise social media to communicate our work.

Develop a student recognition area; make the plaza area more interactive, vibrant and student friendly and look to extend this feel to the rest of the building; create a dedicated area for clubs and societies in the plaza.

Work at making it easy to get involved at any point in the year; diversify our offer based on market research to further engagement with less engaged groups; improve access to information on what's going on by moving beyond the Students' Union building when communicating.
