The student officers are eight students, elected by the whole student population, who work full time at the Students' Union for a year.
A massive 8996 students turned out and voted in this year’s Students’ Union Officer Elections, beating 2012's total by over 400 votes.
The results were announced at the Results Party in Bar One on Thursday night, with Forge broadcasting the proceedings live throughout the evening.
The following are the results of the Students' Union Officer Elections 2013 (produced by our independent voting system). Congratulations to all our winners:
A big thank you to all of the candidates, their campaign teams, and of course you the voters. The new officer team begin their year in office this July.
