The student officers are eight students, elected by the whole student population, who work full time at the Students' Union for a year.

The Student Written Submission 2012
The Student Written Submission is a document which uses evidence from students to make recommendations to the University as to how they could improve the learning and teaching that they provide.
Page 5 of this document summarises the key points that the Students' Union has made to the University. As Course Reps, you can use the evidence and recommendations in this report, as well as your department's National Student Survey results, to lobby for changes to be made to your education.

National Student Survey Results
The National Student Survey is an annual survey of final year undergraduates which collects students' feedback on their course. The results are analysed each year and used to make improvements to courses offered at the University.
