• Hold periodic reviews.
• Establish a steering group.
• Develop role of Departmental Student' Union Councillors – merge links.
• Develop the Students' Union's representative role in the University and residences.

Improve Awareness

• Create a communications strategy.
• Improve communication with representatives.

Support for Representatives

• Develop a plan to work with reps at key points.
• Improve training.
• Appoint a Democracy & Representation Co-ordinator.
