This will be achieved by:
- Encouraging staff to be proactive in mapping out their development.
- Training and coaching staff to understand how to deliver a quality service on time, in the right place, and with the right attitude.
- Using up to date technology to support staff in delivering a quality service.
- Encouraging teamwork as a way of achieving better results.
- Having flexible ways of working that recognise people have a life beyond work.
- Having clear and motivating goals for staff, with managers providing the right support to achieve them, monitoring performance and giving feedback.
- Introducing processes that realise and unlock the potential of staff.
- Consistently involving and engaging all our staff across the organisation.
- Recognising and rewarding everybody's contribution to the Students' Union.
- Embedding consistent values-led working throughout the organisation.
- Developing recruitment processes to deliver an exceptional and diverse workforce
