For the grand launch event, Climax has booked BBC Radio 1's SCOTT MILLS to welcome the crowd into their new home!
The day time radio legend will be hitting the wheels of steel and DJing at the first official Climax event at The Hubs, Friday 28th September (at the end of Hallam University's Freshers Week).
Climax, Yorkshires biggest lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and trans clubbing experience, is about to shake things up!
From September this year, Climax will be calling the Sheffield Hallam Hubs its new temporary home, whilst the legendary Foundry and Fusion at Sheffield Students' Union undergoes extensive refurbishment.
Climax has already run two hugely successful events at Hallam Hubs over the past year to celebrate Sheffield Pride.
Emma Kirk, promoter of the Climax events said: 'When looking for a new venue to host our event over the next year, we felt it was important that we chose a venue that holds the same values that we do at Sheffield Students' Union, and we thought another Students' Union would be perfect'.
'Climax has proudly supported both Universities' LGBT committees and the LGBT community of Sheffield for over 16 years. And we will continue to do so in our new home, a venue with tonnes of character, in a great location, which has as much commitment to the support of Sheffield's LGBT scene as we do.'

'Staying Up? Keep it Down!' is a campaign run jointly by the University and your Students' Union, which reminds you about being a lovely Sheffield resident and not a nightmare neighbour!
Noise can annoy, particularly at night, which is why we'd like to remind you that if you're staying up late, please keep your noise down. The Sheffield community is made up of people from all walks of life but they all need their sleep - even students!
Women's Minibus: Make sure you get home safely tonight!
Running 7 nights a week during term-time taking women to their doors from outside the Students' Union building, directly to their doors (max 2 miles from the Students' Union).
