What students would use you for: | I’m here to represent you on any Academic Issues on a national level and issues that are Sheffield, programme or department specific. |
Work priorities for 2009/10: | This year one of my priority areas is assessment feedback. I want to ensure we get a commitment from departments to a set time scale for feedback. Why should students wait six weeks to get an essay back by which time they’ve already had another essay to hand in? Also I want to raise awareness of the rights students have to get feedback on their exams and push for a better system of exam feedback for all departments. |
