9.00 am to 5.00 pm during term time
(9.00 am to 4.00 pm during vacations)

You can book an appointment to see an adviser or we offer a drop-in service, where you don't need an appointment and can just turn up.

Drop-in times:

12.00 pm to 4.00 pm during term time
(12.00 pm to 3.00 pm during vacations)

Drop-in sessions can get very busy sometimes, so it is better to get here nearer the start of a session. Reception staff can tell you when a particular adviser is doing a drop-in session.
