We believe that our Vision, Purpose and Values are a realistic yet ambitious reflection of what we wish to be as an organisation and how we will conduct ourselves in achieving that. Our Enablers will be crucial in allowing us to fulfil our aspirations and we should work consistently on these over the course of the strategy.

Our objectives and goals will develop and evolve over the course of our 4 year strategy, progressing to reflect changes in situations, conditions and student needs.

All aspects of 'Our Strategy 2016' will be monitored, measured and reported on as the strategy progresses, to ensure that we are on track to be 'recognised as a leading Students' Union: exciting, dynamic and student-led'.
