Who are the Student Officers?
The student officers are eight students, elected by the whole student population, who work full time at the Students' Union for a year.

Description
Since New Leaf closed for the refurbishments, there is a lack of healthy takeaway options for lunches at the SU, with greasy pasties and pizza, or steeply priced sandwiches, or the awful quality food from the street food shack under the concourse. For a union that purports to be the best in the country, this is not good enough.
We would like to see the return of New Leaf, perhaps at a temporary venue such as that used now for the Student Shop, encouraging people to make the healthy choice.
