Who are the Student Officers?
The student officers are eight students, elected by the whole student population, who work full time at the Students' Union for a year.

If you want to start a petition is important to remember a few key principles:
Be clear – your petition should clearly state what you are asking the Students' Union to change or do.
Don't go over 200 words – proposals to change Students' Union policy can't be over 200 words. If you want to add additional information you can add links to your petition text.
Include any constitutional changes – if your proposal includes any changes to the Students' Union's constitution you should include these in your proposal. In the case of constitutional changes there is no word limit.
