Band Comp Winners Play Wireless

After three heats and a triumphant Band Comp Final, Brave New Storm are to play Wireless Festival in Hyde Park this weekend.

Supported by Tuborg the Sheffield Students' Union annual band comp scoured the city for the best up and coming talent. Brave New Storm's epic, atmospheric, alternative folk won over the crowd and the panel of judges. With comments including 'musical maturity, musicianship and originality that is hard to find the atmosphere they made was brilliant; I wanted to stop taking notes and just enjoy it'.

After their success in Sheffield Brave New Storm were selected by Tuborg to go onto feature at the Wireless Festival giving the band a superb chance to show just how good they are to huge audience.
