If you are looking for somewhere to live and about to sign a contract, did you know you know that you can pop into the Student Advice Centre, with a copy of the contract and have a specialist housing adviser check it over and help you make sense of all the legal jargon?

The advisers also have a good knowledge of local landlords, both good and bad! As well as giving you top house-hunting tips, they are also there to help if things go wrong later. So whatever the housing issue; repairs, deposits, rents, or problems with housemates, remember help and advice is always available at the Student Advice Centre.
