Opportunities to further develop your skills or even learn new ones are abundant at Sheffield Students' Union. From joining a sports club to getting involved in a volunteering project, nominating yourself to become a student representative to learning a language through 'Give it a Go', we hope you'll find something to broaden your experience.
For instance, this year Sheffield Students' Union will be running a pilot project for postgraduate research students in partnership with the Higher Education Academy and the National Union of Students. This project aims to connect researchers with their students' unions and engage them in conducting qualitative and quantitative research projects.

Many activities are accredited through schemes such as the 'Sheffield Graduate Awards' and 'The Higher Education Achievement Report', so you'll have even more to show for your time here.
