What could be better on a sunny Graduation day than toasting your success with a flute of Champagne or a tasty cup of Fairtrade coffee! Come and join us at our Concourse Café Bar where we'll be helping you celebrate your big day with a selection of chilled non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and bespoke coffee made by Coffee Revolution's award-winning baristas.
Whether it's espressos or cappuccinos, Champagne or Pimms, the Concourse Café Bar delivers quality drinks and snacks in the perfect setting. Our external building work will be completed, so you and your family will be the first to see and enjoy our new amphitheatre space next to the Octagon Centre. You'll be able to enjoy outdoor seating whilst listening to our live jazz band play throughout the day. Come and visit us by the main entrance of the Students' Union building and taste an essential part of Summer Graduation!
Interval Café Bar

Open daily from 8.30am, The Interval Café Bar is the perfect venue for celebrating, socialising and relaxing.
Starting the day with an extensive breakfast menu, including full traditional English breakfast, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, teacakes and a wide range of Fairtrade teas and coffees. Breakfast is followed by our delicious lunchtime menu, featuring a great range of sandwiches, wraps, pasta dishes, speciality salads and soups. We also have a selection of Mexican dishes available, including The Interval's most popular lunchtime dish, The Burrito!
From 4pm the food menu has a more Mediterranean feel to it, with the speciality being our amazing Homemade Stone Baked Pizzas. We also have steak sandwiches, pasta dishes, salads and nachos, as well as a range of delicious desserts.
For those of you with a sweeter tooth, we have a fantastic range of handmade cakes available throughout the day.
All of the Interval's menus have lots of vegetarian and vegan options and we also have a gluten free menu available on request.

Bar One

This could be your last chance to spend your days and nights remembering the last few years whilst celebrating in style! We will be serving all your favourite drinks, beers, wines and spirits and of course plenty of soft drinks, perfect for a hot summer Graduation.
During the daytime come and relax in our garden and enjoy Pimms in the sunshine. In the evening Bar One comes alive with great music and a great atmosphere. It's the traditional Graduation meeting place, with all your favourite club nights making appearances throughout the week too.
Be sure to pop in and see us to start and finish your celebrations in renowned style. We're the perfect place to celebrate and and say goodbye to the best of times with the best of friends!
Coffee Revolution

Coffee Revolution is Sheffield Students' Union's very own coffee house and Fairtrade café. Open from 7am until 6pm each day, we are here to welcome you with stunning breakfast deals on your Graduation day and the finest continental café food and drink Sheffield has to offer. Coffee Revolution proudly offers a range of exclusively Fairtrade handmade coffees as well as a host of teas, sandwiches and indulgent treats. Coffee Revolution is the perfect place to relax before the big event either with a quick cup of tea, a pretty latte, or a freshly made smoothie; pop along and we will ensure you get a warm welcome!
The Students' Union Shop
Open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm
Due to building work our Union Shop has temporarily moved to the Arts Tower car park, but we will be providing a "Union Shop express" in the Plaza. Both outlets will provide sandwiches, cold drinks, and snacks, the Union Shop in the Arts Tower car park will also serve you with hot drinks, greetings cards, newspapers and magazines.
Our Sheffield

Remember your time at University with official University of Sheffield memorabilia. We have a great range of crested gifts and clothing, including certificate holders, Graduation rings and the commemorative alumni t-shirt with your name and everyone graduating that day on. Our Sheffield will be out on the concourse and in the plaza to give you plenty of opportunity to get your Graduation memorabilia.
Bar One Food

Bar One has some fantastically tasty food whether it's day or night. We are open from 11am 'til 8.30pm every day.
We have a wide range of tasty burgers, from the ever popular Bar One Burger to the tasty Falafel Burger; freshly beer battered fish with funky fries; all day breakfasts; healthy salads; freshly made sandwiches; sharing platters - there's something for everyone.
We also serve coffee & tea and delicious desserts - come and try the Bar One Sundae, you will NOT be disappointed!
