This laid back and sophisticated café bar serves a selection of fine wine, continental beers, Fairtrade hot drinks and tasty cuisine - from breakfast through lunch and into the evening.
A favourite amongst those who want to relax and chat during the day, the intensity steps up a level as evening approaches with live DJs and music events.

Under 16s are welcome in Interval and Interval Garden until 8:30pm, providing they are accompanied by an adult and are under constant supervision. 16- 18 year olds are also welcome until 8:30pm; after 8:30pm under 18s are not permitted.
