Sheffield Volunteering Awards 2012 - 2 May

This year has been a fantastic one for volunteering, and for the first time in Sheffield Volunteering history we are holding a fantastic awards ceremony to recognise the achievements of our volunteers. The invite only event will be held on Wednesday May 2nd in Fusion Bar and will include university acts, food and a chance to celebrate Sheffield Volunteering!

We need your nominations!

Do you know anyone that has made a fantastic difference to your volunteering project? Has your society or club worked hard at volunteering this year? It is time to get your effort recognised!

Award nominations will open on Monday March 19th and will close on Friday the 16th of April at midnight. You will be able to nominate yourself, your project or your society for up to three of the following awards:

Group Awards

    * Most Innovative Volunteering Activity
    * Sports Volunteering Project of the Year
    * Greatest Society Impact in Volunteering
    * Volunteering Photo of the Year

Individual Awards

    * Project Leader of the Year
    * Widest Impact Volunteer
    * “Inspire and be Inspired” Award
    * Most Active Ambassador
    * Team Volunteer of the Year
    * New Volunteer of the Year
    * School Volunteer of the Year

***Awards receiving a large amount of interest will be shortlisted at our discretion***

All nominees will receive a ticket to this guest listed event which includes a free ticket to the ROAR after party!
