You can get involved in projects run by local organisations through SheffieldVolunteering. Volunteering with a local group is a great way to get to know our city! New events & activities are added every week to our database.

Our database is different to other search engines because all the organisations listed believe that student volunteers have a role to play in their work. As such they will be flexible about exams & vacation periods. We also screen all requests before we advertise them.

Local organisations

You can post details of vacancies online. We organise promotions from October to June, for both regular and one-off activities. There is no charge for this service but we do ask that you comply with our terms and conditions (PDF 50KB).
