Equipment Hire in The Activities & Sports Zone

The Activities Information Desk hires out a small amount of equipment for the meetings and events of your society, committee or club (not for academic purposes).

You can book equipment in advance by email, phone or in person.

When collecting your hired equipment, come to the Activities Information Desk during our opening hours (10am-6pm term time only) with your Ucard and a deposit cheque (don't worry, you will get this back if you return the equipment in full working order).

If you wish to pay in cash we cannot take money over £10 and nor can we provide change.
