If you can't find the answer to your problem in our guides, then get in touch. There's lots of staff and student support here to help you with all your society or committee questions and issues.
Fi and Belle are our two wonderful Activities Information Assistants – and your first point of call. They can help you with general society enquiries and financial claims.
Visit them at the Activities Information Desk (in the Activities & Sports Zone), open weekdays 10am – 6pm during term time.

Emily is the Team Leader. She works with departmental societies (e.g. Geography) on all their balls, trips and events. Please get in touch if you need help with your activities.

Zoë is the Society Development Coordinator and works with all societies and working committees (apart from the departmental societies). If your society needs a meeting to help with a ball or event, a trip, money & budgets, insurance or health & safety then contact Zoë.

Societies Committee are the student team in charge of allocating society grants, approving new societies and organising a whole host of massive society events. Contact them and you will be put in touch with the relevant liaison officer.
