We are a society for students within the Sociological Studies department or for anyone else who wants to join us. We are here to promote good relationships between all students and staff and maintain such links with fun socials, interesting lectures, exciting trips and an amazing ball at the end of the year.

Over the last few years we have hosted a number of great, themed socials; including, caveman, under the sea and animals. We also successfully organised a large trip to Amsterdam in 2013, which was extremely successful.

The society also boasts a successful and growing charities and volunteering division which all our members are encouraged to be involved in. We were also runners up in the Volunteering Awards for Photograph of the Year 2011-2012.

Our generous membership deals change yearly, but includes discounted social tickets, Vodka Revolution discount cards and deals at numerous pubs and clubs.

Our society is growing and developing all the time and we always welcome new members so get involved!

Cost:  Membership is £20 for 3 years, £15 for 2 years and £10 for 1 year.
