The Postgraduate Research Committee was set up to voice the opinions of all research students within the University. Students can use the committee to raise any issues they have concerning all aspects of their experience as a research student. Together we can make a difference, if you so wish it!

We as the committee at the moment are looking to achieve the following things:

Recruit more members to the committee.Make changes within the RTP. Improve communal areas for PGR students. Improve access to important books and journals.

Currently we're working with the PGTC and Progress to run the Proud to be a Post-Grad Week at the Union.

Proud to be a post-grad Week is all about recognising that the Union is for postgraduates too. We've teamed up with the Postgraduate Research Committee and PROGRESS to bring an exciting week packed full of socials and information events just for postgraduates
