Pole Fitness is an energetic, sociable and unique new form of exercise. Focus is on improving upper body and core strength in a fun, relaxed atmosphere while our professional, qualified instructors will teach new moves such as climbs, spins and body inversions each week.
Membership is just £5 for the year and classes are £5 for members and £7 for non-members.

Everyone is welcome no matter what ability so come along and try it out. No particular clothes, footwear or equipment are required, just make sure you bring a pair of shorts as you will need these for parts of the class.
