The Philosophy Society aims to bring people together with an interest in philosophy, and a desire to get to know like minded people (or just people doing your course in a non-academic setting). Philosophically orientated videos and outside speakers provide an opportunity for discussion of philosophy outside of the courses taken in the university. The main purpose, though, is to meet up and have fun...in the pub, at the Christmas Party or the May Ball.
