Supporting and representing Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans students in Sheffield.
We run socials, campign for your rights and offer confidential welfare support.

We are lucky enough to have our own LGBT Lounge in the Student's Union. It's located on the finance corridor between Interval and Fusion on level 2.
The Lounge is in a great location to hang out in gaps between lectures.
There are comfortable sofas, a computer, a library of LGBT books and DVDs, a TV, leaflets, literature, magazines (DIVA, Attitude etc) and sexual health resources. (eg. condoms, lube, dental dams) i Come down, chill out and meet some people.
Socials
From bar crawls to book clubs, bowling to coffee mornings, we aim to put on something for everyone. Whether you are out, coming out, transitioning or just curious, the LGBT offers a unique social network for meeting new people and making friends.

Welfare
Our men's, women's and trans' welfare reps are here to help, whether it's advice on coming out, information of sexual health or just a friendly chat. All correspondance is treated in strictest confidence. University of Sheffield is an LGBT friendly space.
