Forge Press is the fortnightly independent student newspaper of the University of Sheffield.

The paper is free and has a readership of around 15,000 and is available from the Students' Union, a range of locations across campus and the city.

The paper contains news, comment, features, travel and lifestyle, sport and the entertainments pullout Fuse.

Forge Press also operates in an online capacity at www.forgetoday.com where it shares the website with its converged media partners Forge Radio and Forge TV, under the whole Forge Media banner.

Want to write/photograph for us? It's incredibly easy to get invovled and anyone can do it. Whether you want to write one article for the newspaper or become the next editor it is possible to do it.

To get involved email contribute@forgetoday.com or during term time attend a section meeting where you can get a story to write, ticekts to review gigs, free cinema screenings and write on anything you are interested in (dates, times, and venues available by visiting www.forgetoday.com).
