Welcome to The Edward Bramley Law Society!

As one of the largest (and best!!) societies in the University, we put on a variety of events throughout the year which are tailored to meet the needs of all students. Whether you're an undergraduate or a masters student, and whether you're interested in a career in law or not, we'll have something to offer you!

Some of the things we offer include:

-          A number Meet and Greet events: Fresher's, International and post-graduate students

-          Socials: Bar-crawls, nights in other Cities, Ice Skating, Laser Quest, Alton Towers

-          Trips abroad: Recently we've been to Prague, Barcelona and Amsterdam

-          Winter and Summer Balls to celebrate the end of term in style

-          Sports: Hockey, netball, football and rugby

-          Mooting: a mock trial where students will be provided with a case and act as counsel (barristers) in a courtroom situation

-          Charity events: A chance to get involved and raise some money for worthy causes

-          Careers events: with major law firms and non-law related employers

-          Law's Got Talent: Come and show us your skills with the chance to win big!
