The idea behind this society is to create a group of people who are either diagnosed with Coeliac Disease or those who choose to follow a Gluten-Free Diet for other reasons. As a society we aim to provide help and advice to those who are struggling with the gluten-free lifestyle or simply want to meet other people in the same situation as themselves. We aim to campaign at the University for better options to those with special dietary requirements whilst rasing awareness of the disease. We also hope to carry our fund-raising activites to help associated charities and push for a cure or treatment to this life-long disease.

As a member of the society you will meet a wide range of students that struggle with the same day-to-day difficulties that you do. We offer support, friendship and socials involving lots of gluten-free food! We are a new society that are on the look out for any enthusiastic members to help out and any ideas on how to improve the society are very appreciated.
