If you have a passion for dance OR you have never danced before then think about Chinese Dance. It is elegant, yet demanding; energising yet approachable and most of all it is exciting because you can go as far as you want.
You could join in just to promote your fitness and wellbeing OR you could become serious and take part in classes (beginner through to master levels) and even become a performer for one of our dance shows if you so wish. The choice is yours.
We also offer fitness classes with a focus on demanding exercises (based on a dancer's regime), however if you like to take things more serenely you can attend and go at your own pace.
In addition we also have regular daytime university sessions (such as Give-it-a-go) for which we encourage you to take part in the activities we offer in an exciting and relaxed environment.
All of our classes, performances, fitness classes and university activities are led by a professionally trained dance teacher who graduated from the world famous Beijing Academy of Dance and has over 20 years of experience.
