The Chemical Engineering Society is here to give Chem Eng Students a chance to meet and have a good time with other people on their course and from other engineering departments by holding frequent socials, bar and club nights, and outings/trips. The Society also arranges for members of industry to come and give talks and for members to go and visit industrial sites and plants. Finally, we organise the Department's participation in the well known Frank Morton Sports Day every year.

We now also have The Common Room as our Society Bar.  If you would like to come and have a drink or play some pool with other people on the society, we meet every Tuesday at around 8 pm.  Guests are welcome.
