Welcome to the Sheffield University Biology Society!

We organise regular events with the aim of bringing together everybody at The University of Sheffield who is interested in the biological sciences
 ... because lectures and labs aren't the greatest social arena!

Socials are organised throughout the year and we have a spectacular ball around after Easter every year - so look out for the posters and come along! Membership is only £5 and gets you discounts on all our events and hoody orders.

We also have intra mural sports teams - football and netball - a great way to meet other biologists and play in a friendly, relaxed tournament.

Committee meetings are open to all members of the society, email biology.society@sheffield.ac.uk if you are interested in joining. We particularly appreciate the interest of first year students. Join us on Facebook to receive the details of all the latest Biology Society news and events.
