The Residents' Engagement Programme

The Residents' Engagement Programme (The REP) is one of three elements that make up 'Residence Life'. It is designed and tailored specially for students living in University accommodation, at one of the three residences:

• Endcliffe Village
• Ranmoor Village
• City

The REP is organised by the Students' Union, the University AND Sport Sheffield which means you get the best of all worlds and can really experience everything that is available to you as a University of Sheffield student.

The REP puts on a massive range of events, activities, trips, volunteering, fundraising and sports; all of it is open to you to get involved with if you live in University accommodation.

Here are just some of the things on offer:

The REP offers loads of great opportunities to meet people and get involved in a range of charity, volunteering, arts and sports activities - James, Ranmoor

• Film nights
• Football tournaments
• Dance classes
• Trips to UK cities and local attractions
• Debates
• Cultural celebrations
• Knitting lessons
• Band nights
• ...the list goes on!

We organise all this to help you make new friends, settle in to Uni life, and experience all that Sheffield has to offer.

You can shape the programme to reflect your own interests. If there's something you would love to do, get in touch! You can also join one of the Residents' Engagement Teams, which means you can organise your own events, activities, sports and fundraising.
