As part of your rent, you've already paid your 'Communities Contribution' - this funds the fabulous Communities programme, so make sure you get involved in all the the great stuff on offer!
Communities Volunteering
The Communities works with the award-winning SheffieldVolunteering to offer you lots of fantastic opportunities - from one-off projects to more regular schemes.
Volunteering offers a great chance to build skills and CV experience, make new friends and get involved with the local Sheffield community.
Communities 'Adopt a School' Scheme
Each of the Communities also has its very own adopted school! We link up with SheffieldVolunteering to offer you different opportunities to volunteer in your local school, helping children in different ways, from assistance with reading and classroom work, to teaching playground games and sports.
