Interval running training involves a series of low to high intensity workout interspersed with rest periods and can be described as short periods of work followed by rest. The main aim is to improve speed and cardiovascular fitness. This session is for middle and long distance runners. This will be a structure session led by a coach. Please wear trainers and bring a bottle of water.
