Ultimate Frisbee is the fastest growing sport in the UK and involves throwing a flying disc to your team players in order to score points by getting the disc to the opposite end of the zone.

Come and try throwing a frisbee; we will teach you all the basics you need to know and you can join in with a fun game.

Please wear trainers and clothes that are easy to run in, and bring a bottle of water.
