Aikido is a Japanese martial art which utilises the opponent's force against them, neutralising attacks with strikes and joint locks. Shodokan Aikido introduces competition, which allows techniques to be practiced in a free-play, combative environment. This session is suitable for complete beginners.

Please wear loose clothing (no jeans) with no zips or metal pieces, minimal jewellery, and bring a bottle of water.
