The winter can bring with it a number of other problems like stress, depression and feeling anxious. There is always somewhere there to talk to! The University Counselling Service or Nightline Listening line - 0114 222 8787 / Information line - 0114 2228788 - open 8pm-8am during term-time.
Staying in Sheffield Over Christmas?
There is a programme of events and activities designed to support International Students who stay in Sheffield over the Christmas vacation. RAG Sheffield Christmas Advent Calendar
1st - 14th Dec
RAG have hidden some truly amazing prizes behind giant advent doors, and a winning raffle ticket will be drawn every day in Students' Union. Raffle tickets on sale from RAG reps at the Students' Union and in lectures, £1 per ticket. Go on, it's Christmas and it's for charity.
