Box Office sell tickets for Students' Union club nights, live music, comedy, Film Unit showings and Give it a Go and Communities' 'Give it a Little Go' events. We also sell tickets for theatre performances by SUTCo, Supas and USLES, for society events, the 'Off The Shelf' programme, tickets for local sport including Sheffield Wednesday & United football matches, Sheffield Steelers ice hockey matches, the University Concert seasons, After Dark firework display, the Women's Minibus, and other events here and there!

Where?

Box Office is based on Level 3 in the Students' Union Plaza and is opposite the main Students' Union Shop Entrance.

Tickets & Buying Online

Tickets can be bought in person from the Students' Union, at The Edge*, and also online. Tickets for live events can also be purchased from the following ticket agents: Sheffield Arena, Theatres and City Hall, SEE tickets, Ticketline and Ticketmaster (subject to a booking fee).

Online tickets via our website can be purchased from our third party provider at tickets.sheffieldstudentsunion.com.

Tickets for selected events can be purchased online by credit or debit card with the online price generally including a 10% booking fee added to the face value of the ticket. Tickets are available to purchase online until approximately one hour before the event begins. Please be aware that some events are for Box Office collection only but this will be specified on the event information online. Collections are available from the Box Office in advance or on the night of the event.

When collecting your tickets from the Box Office, you will be required to present some photo ID (ie Ucard, driving licence, passport) - for student only events a valid student ID is required.

Evening opening times are subject to change if there are live music or other events on.

*The Edge is for residents only. Tickets are available between 5pm and 8pm everyday in termtime and are subject to a 50p booking fee.
