Or if you want free condoms or a free chlamydia tests - you pee in a pot send it off to be tested these are available from the Welfare Officer or Women’s Officer.
Each month Sheffield Contraception & Sexual Health Service come into the Students' Union and can sign you up for free condoms and provide sexual health screening. Their next visit will be posted on this webpage when it’s confirmed.
There are also free condoms available in the Student Advice Centre.
It's important to know that all STIs are treatable, and therefore getting tested is the easiest thing to do. Some STIs might not have any symptoms but can cause serious damage to your body, such as infertility. Getting tested for STIs is free, easy and confidential. Anyone who's having sex should get themselves tested on a regular basis.
