Payments
2 weeks equivalent deposit on starting (returned on your final invoice) Invoice produced on 1st working day for the period 1 month in advance to enable verification by you. Direct Debit taken on the 1st working day of the month for the month ahead. Child Care Vouchers need to be with Student Union Finance Department by 10th if you want them deducting from the following months direct debit.
Extra Sessions
If parents require additional sessions, requests are made via room staff who will check availability. These are charged at the same rate as contracted sessions. If Students require additional sessions through the vacations, requests should be made at the earliest opportunity, as availability is limited.
